In 1983, when I was in the eighth grade, I taught myself to programme on the Commodore 64 my grandmother had given me. Now, 42 years later, that passion is still there.
I've truly turned my hobby into my job. For almost 20 years, I've been helping Aviva's clients build complex systems and optimize everything related to software development. Since 2013, I've also been active as an open-source developer, proudly developing Fluent Assertions, a library for improving automated testing.
In 2025, I started working with PackageGuard, Reflectify, Pathy, Mockly, and templates for .NET. And that passion doesn't end there. Since I've been at Aviva, I've also been an active speaker, sharing my experiences, the last 10 years at both domestic and international conferences.

Not only are conferences a great way to share your knowledge, but they also give you access to all the knowledge of all the other speakers. The things I learned there about team dynamics, agile processes, and architecture at well-known companies like Facebook and Netflix are beyond belief.
